The ship's overall length: 39m+1.5m (excluding fenders), beam: 12m±0.5m, depth: 5.5m±0.3m, free speed: (under rated rotational speed of main engine) ≧14 knots, bollard pull: (100% continuous power of main engine) ≧60t, endurance: (speed 14 knots) not less than 500 nautical miles. After completion, it will be mainly used in the harbor area to assist large vessels to enter and leave the harbor, docking and leaving the dock, oil spill recovery operation in the harbor area and navigation in the coastal navigation area.
